What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your valid Medicare card, concession or pension cards, photo ID, and a list of any current medications or previous medical records you wish to share with your doctor.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask for at least 2 hours' notice so we can offer the time slot to another patient in need.
